Fan favourite, the Darwin Triple Crown Supercars Indigenous Round, will roar back into Hidden Valley Raceway from 16-18 June 2023.
Organisers are busy planning another packed program of high-octane action, which will feature the Supercars and a range of exciting support categories.
The Northern Territory Government’s support for major events in the Territory delivers great economic and social outcomes, with independent research showing last year’s Supercars event, the first official Indigenous Round, delivered a total expenditure stimulus of $28.4 million for the Territory.
Supercars CEO Shane Howard said the Darwin Triple Crown was one of the team’s favourite events on the calendar.
“The Northern Territory Major Events Company has put together another fantastic three-day program for our visit to the Top End in 2023 for Supercars Indigenous Round,” he said.
“This event is a standout of the Championship for the experience on and off the track. It will be fantastic to see thousands of fans trackside again in Darwin in June.”
The full 2023 Darwin Triple Crown program will be released later this year, including the Australian Superbike Championship, the Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup, Aussie Racing Cars, and Combined Sedans. The fastest cars on earth will also head to Darwin for the Grand Finale of the Burson Auto Parts Australian Top Fuel Championship Season 2.
Motorcycling Australia CEO Peter Doyle said he was thrilled to see the Australian Superbike Championship return to Darwin.
“The trip to Darwin is an annual highlight for the ASBK Championship as this outstanding event offers a feast of motorsport action across the three days,” he said.
“We can’t wait to be back in Darwin in 2023 and look forward to seeing race fans from across Australia in the Top End.’’
