A Beautiful Three-Day Celebration of Art, Culture and Nature

Daminmin Art and Culture Festival is a beautiful three-day celebration of art, culture and nature.

Running from 10–12 July this vibrant gathering is set beside the serene Pudakul Billabong, nestled in the Adelaide River wetlands, just a short journey east of Humpty Doo on Limilngan-Wulna Country.  This unique festival blends bush camping, community connection, and a powerful celebration of First Nations culture with dynamic contemporary arts.

Created in proud partnership with Pudakul and Darwin Community Arts (DCA), and led under the artistic and cultural direction of Lynette and Graham Kenyon, Daminmin is a celebration of rural creativity, storytelling, and heritage.

Whether you’re an art lover, music fan or nature seeker Daminmin invites you to explore the unforgettable, including:

  • Film Festival screenings under the stars
  • Live concerts showcasing regional and First Nations talent
  • Workshops in traditional and contemporary arts
  • Fashion parades featuring Indigenous design
  • Communal feasts and food experiences
  • Bush camping with family and friends by the billabong

We are proud to support a meaningful festival such as this, through our Funding Program.

Entry is by donation, with some events and workshops ticketed. Camping cost is $20 per vehicle.
