The 2023 Darwin Pride will be bigger and better than ever with a whopping 30 events over four fabulous days.
Held from 22-25 June, this year’s festival theme is ‘Embrace Difference, Somewhere Different’ with something for everyone from a Family Day to the first ever music festival.
Visitors can enjoy a glittering array of official and fringe events including comedy, cabaret extravaganzas and a number of local and international acts at the music festival.
There’s also the highly anticipated Pride Protest March through Darwin’s CBD, kicking off from Brown’s Mart at 2pm on 24 June.
In addition, there will be range of forums, wellness activities and sports events to provide a platform for First Nations, trans, and gender-diverse voices, as well as local, interstate, and international queer artists.
Organised by Top End Pride, Darwin Pride is a prime example of an event that started out small with a bunch of passionate people to fast become a must-attend for Territorians and interstate visitors.
“It is an incredible event on the Territory events calendar, and one that reflects the Top End’s vibrant, inclusive community,” said Top End Pride Chair, Sean Taylor.
Darwin Pride is supported by the Northern Territory Government through Northern Territory Major Events.
