The Red Centre’s most eclectic festival, Wide Open Space, will take place from 30 April – 2 May this year, and tickets are on sale now.

Supported by Northern Territory Major Events Company, Wide Open Space is a feast of music, arts and performance that takes place against the stunning backdrop of the MacDonnell Ranges.

Alongside the incredible music line-up of NT and national acts, the eclectic program includes burlesque, cabaret, spoken word, panel discussions, theme parties, workshops, interactive installations, roving performers and more, and the ancient landscape only adds to the sense of wonder.

Held at Ross River Resort, a scenic 70km drive from Alice Springs, Wide Open Space embraces all kinds of musical genres, from hip hop and electronic sounds to acoustic melodies and live bands.

“Wide Open Space is the kind of event the Territory is renowned for – a unique collection of performers and artists gathered in a truly remarkable location to deliver an experience like no other,” Northern Territory Major Events Company CEO Tim Watsford said.

“We love supporting events like Wide Open Space, to help visitors experience the best the Territory has to offer and help them leave with a collection of incredible memories.”

With three stages, a dedicated children’s area, pool party and camping under a canopy of outback stars, Wide Open Space is an unforgettable experience.
